Cancellations and refunds
Last updated 30 September 2026
Off-Grid Blueprint is digital content you can open straight after paying. Here is what that means for cancelling, and when you can get your money back.
The 14-day right to cancel
Online purchases usually come with a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content, that right ends once supply starts, if you have agreed. At checkout you tick a box to give your express consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel. Your access starts as soon as Whop confirms payment, so after that the 14-day right no longer applies.
When you are entitled to a refund
- Faulty or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair or replacement; if we cannot fix it in a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a price reduction, up to a full refund.
- You paid but cannot get in. If you paid and we cannot give you working access, we will fix it or refund you.
- You were charged twice, or a payment wasn't yours. We will refund the duplicate or unauthorised payment.
How to ask
Email hello@offgridblueprint.co.uk from the address you bought with, with your Whop receipt or order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, which processed your payment. You can also raise a case through Whop's Resolution Center.
After a refund your access ends, and the licence to use any copies you downloaded ends too. Please delete them. The full terms are in our terms of sale.
